Put some fresh water on them, use knife to DUK their “abdomen” then they will pretend DIE! Then ask a BRAVE man to peel the skin out from the shell... i think screwdriver still the best to use here...
Then use abalone brush to brush them till white...
I guess this is how the abalone brush name come from, hehehe...

Finally... this is homemade abalone sashimi...
i found this is the best way to at this...
after cooked, the texture become so elastic and hard...
