i met this dog in Penag, is Jane's neighbour~
the house is empty with very minimal furniture, and they seldom come to this house but put a dog as guide... with a plate of dog foods and bowl of water~
where we observed there are no food on the plate and the water mb too deep that he can't reach...i suspecting...
Jane is the person who give milo and food everyday~
everytime the dog see us coming back... he is very happy, since we will bring bread, milo and water for him... when we enter house, he start crying...
you know what is the feeling of seeing such big +old dog crying??!!!! is something that u wish to rescue him from the hell....
seeing his scars on both legs and also new wound on top of his head, u will know he does not receive a good treat!
a wound on his head, if any fly's egg inside, he will die after worm reach his brain...
If u wan to have a dog, please don't treat them like that!!!

Did your fren talk to this dog's owner? Ask he/she not to let the dog like that...
Or get the repecting party to rescue this dog.
if i could see the owner, sure i will talk with him/her~
but they have been missing in a week~
we have considered to push up the frencing to let the dog go out... eventually we give up, since he might lost a place to rest finally...since he looked some aged...
