Shanghai

we spent 3 days in Shanghai, including visiting Nanjing plant and one of the YangZhou's manufacturing factory.

i always appreciate every place we go, food we ate...
this time, we really explore Shanghai...

we ate dinner @ Wang Puh Jiang River side tat facing the old shanghai, where can see the whole river side nite view :>
and now entering season to eat "Dai Jap Crab" in shanghai, of course, when i have chance to take order, sure i will order la...hahahaha...

then we move to Shanghai clubbing place, New World (新天地)... with my bosses.
oops~ something cannot share here, clubbing with boss mah...we leave it for yum cha story la...Hahaa^D^

basically i would say, this is really a nice clubbing nite :>

before we leaving the club, we almost knows everyone in the pub!! tat's all because of my outstanding boss, he really become star of the night! Ha!

back to my work, plant visit @ Nanjing, is a plant produce methanol and syngas from coal base.

coal delivered by train and transported by conveyor to crushing machine then being gassified and purified. some pix are consisted in the above slide.

then we proceed to Yangzhou Manufacturing plant

(too many confidential info tat i wonder which can be disclosed, which can't, so better dun talk here la)

then we have a dinner @ YangZhou.

1st gonna intro YangZhou. YangZhou has two famous thing, 1. Pretty gals, during Qing dynasty, Kang Xi always travel to Yangzhou for looking pretties.Oops, a hamsap gal??!! 2. Dishes- 3头 (3 Heads)-狮子头(Lion head, big meat ball),芋头(yam) and 猪头(pork head).

i just have chance to try 2 heads, since pork head is too much for us. but one day, i will try it too :>

ah~ before forgetting. Yang Zhou~ must eat Yang Zhou Fired Rice!!! of course, i tried it too^^
