raw crab meat from the leg. tried this food in China before...
Finally...crab meat yee mee.蟹肉焖伊面
since Malar is interested with this, here is a simple share~ (VV's random cooking idea)
ingredients:
- Yee Mee
- Crabmeat
- Zucchini (can be replaced by Japanese cucumber/ or crispy vege)
- chilli
- ginger + garlic
boil the mee till soft, dry and ready for next step; follow the step
heat oil + ginger + garlic + zucchini + mee + crab + water -> boil
+ cornflour -> last add an egg on top!
dang dang dang dang... now is ready to be served.
